SpringOut, Canberra's queer pride festival celebrates the diversity of local Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex communities.
Canberra's ninth SpringOut will build on a long tradition of community celebration in Australia's capital city. Enjoy a fun filled, empowering and fabulous time during the SpringOut festival. Choose to get involved with as many events as possible.
All of the events in the SpringOut Festival are undertaken by individual groups within our community, putting in lots of volunteer effort so we can have fun.
The Canberra Pride Group promotes and co-ordinates the Festival and lets you know what each group is up to during November and how to join in the fun.
SpringOut is run by volunteers and we're always keen to hear from anyone who can lend an extra helping hand. Just email us at info@springout.com.au.
Nominations for the Canberra Pride Awards are
now closed, and will be announced on Friday 28 November at Canberra
Museum and Gallery, just before the BentFest screening.
